General information
You may post my works with proper credit given.I own the work in a way that I can post it on social media or feature it in my personal portfolio as a sample of my work.I can cancel or reject your order at any time if the work environment does not meet my standards or if I do not like the attitude of the customer. I can initiate a refund in this case.The sketch phase is your chance to tell me what you want me to change: expressions, details, pose, etc. Do not limit yourself to asking me for a change that you do not like, the important thing is that the final product is to your liking.Until the FLAT COLOR phase, last minute modifications can be made (such as adding a new character or changing the desired background).
Once the modification is paid, a WIP of the drawing will be sent again to confirm the change.By purchasing any commission, you automatically agree to my terms of service and are bound by them. As well as promising that it will not harm any of these rules.Order and Payment
After requesting the commission, I will send the payment link in PayPal, to confirm that your order has been accepted.
If you do not receive this link, you must verify that the commission status is still Open.
Once the total payment of the commission has been made, you will receive a link with which you can see the progress of your order.If your character is extremely detailed I am entitled to charge more. This will be indicated before sending the payment. You can change the character if you don't want to pay the itemized charges.If a commissioner repeatedly orders me but always cancels the order in the end, I will consider it a waste of time and blacklist him.UseYou may not sell, redraw, edit, modify, distribute, merchandise, or use my work for commercial use.Commissioned artworks are for personal use only (icons, phone backgrounds, wallpapers). The price of commercial work is an additional $100 USD.You can't erase/remove my watermark. The Commission watermark is lighter and smaller than the price examples.I reserve the right to reject any commission if it fails to comply with any of the above.Refund Rules
The amount of the refundable payment depends on the stage the commission is in at the time of application. You can set a deadline if you want, but it must be reasonable. The maximum time I need to finish a digital commission can take from 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on how busy I am.If you need your piece finished quickly and want your commission to be PRIORITY, there will be an option to purchase a rush rate depending on how quickly you want it done.Check my pending waitlist whenever you want for a status update.The maximum you will have to wait for your commission is 3-4 months. (in the worst case, which is unusual but can happen).Change
You are responsible for ensuring that your order contains the details you wish it to follow.The commissioner has 2 corrections in the sketch process and 1 minor final correction (color correction).Once the image is finished I can make small changes like color adjustments and/or add small details that you may have forgotten.Be sure to make it clear in your order what you are looking for.Before ordering please make sure my commissions are open!(to confirm that you have really read my terms of service, in the comments option on the order form you will need to write the word bolido, apart from if you really have any extra comment you want to give) And that you have read and agree with my TOS!STARTING
You will send me the necessary images and references to make the commission. (The more references and more detailed information, the better results)
WAIT LIST
Once the payment has been made, you will enter a waiting list in which you will be given an approximate date to deliver the illustration.
SKETCH
The sketch is started and sent to the client. (At this stage you can change poses/shapes/colors...)
FINAL RESULT
You can only change simple details like; color or little details. Commission will be sent via email.Resume:
